Scott Stanford is the newest member of the highly successful Ursprung Team with Beach Time Realty. Scott has been a successful small business owner here in Bay County for over 25 years.
In 1997 he founded and operated the second largest waste disposal company in the area which was eventually sold to Waste Management of Bay County. As a native Floridian he always dreamed of working on the water, so he spent the next 18 years in the tourism industry founding and operating a very popular touring business on the beach until he sold it to a competitor right before Hurricane Michael. Scott then followed in his father’s footsteps and began his real estate journey in 2018. He was recognized as being in the top twenty percent of realtors nationwide at his previous brokerage as well as receiving various awards locally. Scott’s decision, in 2021, to join the Beach Time Realty team, according to him, was one thing he noticed when working a few deals with Gene and Jennifer on a referral basis was that “we had a shared philosophy of putting customer service above everything else.” That one thing has made the difference in all my business ventures and, though he was being courted by several other larger firms, he decided that the Beach Time team was the right fit for him to take his career to the next level.
Scott’s promise to potential clients is this “No matter if you’re buying your first starter home or a million-dollar beach home, or need to sell a home, everyone deserves the highest level of service and to be treated equally. Scott is a member of CPAR locally as well as the National Association of Realtors and most recently was awarded, for the second quarter in a row, the “Best of Zillow” badge from Zillow for being in the Top 10% of Zillow Premier Agents who have achieved over 90% score for Customer Experience.
