Originally from Northeastern New Jersey, he relocated to Northwest Florida in 2004. Gene has more than 13 years of experience in Real Estate, enhanced by 18 years of professional experience in Information Technology Management. A comprehensive background in sales and customer support enables him to achieve nearly “Total Customer Satisfaction.” Gene takes pride in providing the critical details necessary for clients to make educated decisions relative to purchasing or selling real estate. Jennifer was born and raised in Northeast New Jersey and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Susquehanna University. She developed expertise in customer service and support, as well as extensive problem-solving skills during more than 15 years in Information Technology/Project Management. She worked collaboratively with fellow IT professional Gene Ursprung, as an outstanding Management Team and they recently celebrated 18 years of marriage as well. Jennifer obtained her Florida License in 2008 after this highly effective team relocated to Panama City Beach, Florida. She joined Sterling Realty as an Agent/Sales Administrator in 2009 supporting all aspects of Real Estate Transactions. Jennifer currently works alongside her husband Gene as an integral part of a highly-regarded Premier Real Estate Team for Beach Time Realty.
